How current are the jobs on ZitoList.com? ZitoList.com positions expire automatically thirty (30) days from the date it was posted and is then no longer viewable by candidates. The expiration date is displayed for each job on the site. To help insure that all jobs offered on ZitoList.com represent only current opportunities, we require that recruiters and employers initiate the process to renew a job posting for an additional thirty day period, if needed. Renewed jobs then become viewable to candidates once again.
Positions linked to third party job boards will expire at their discretion.

After logging in to the site, click the "My Profile" link near the top of each page, make your membership profile changes, then click the "Update My Profile" button at the bottom. How do I stop receiving the New Jobs e-mail notification? ZitoList.com sends out a twice weekly New Jobs e-mail notification to our membership every Tuesday and Friday at Midnight eastern time. By default this option is turned on when you become a member. To stop receiving this e-mail message simply log on to ZitoList.com, click the "My Profile" link near the top of each page, uncheck the two e-mail boxes in your account profile, then click the "Update My Profile" button at the bottom. You will no longer receive the New Jobs e-mail notifications but may change your preference again at any time. back to top
Why does ZitoList.com use PayPal to electronically process membership payments? PayPal.com is a wholly owned subsidiary of eBay.com and both companies are among the most trusted and respected Internet firms. PayPal uses the strongest encryption commercially available to protect your financial information and is one of the largest on line payment processors in the world. The payment portion of the ZitoList.com registration process occurs entirely on the secure PayPal site and we do not know or retain any of your credit card or bank information on ZitoList.com. On PayPal you may pay by credit card or eCheck with funds drawn directly from your bank checking account. back to top
Is there a limit to the number of jobs I may post as a recruiter / employer? There is no limit to the number of jobs you may post as long as each position represents a legitimate, current employment or independent contractor opportunity. Posting jobs that do not exist or on behalf of companies other than your own will result in cancellation of your membership.ZitoList.com reserves the right to delete any job posted that does not fit the focus of this web site (medical / pharmaceutical manufacturing positions: sales, marketing, engineering, quality regulatory, etc.) or that does not contain a valid e-mail address or web site link. back to top

How long does a job remain posted? All jobs expire automatically thirty (30) days from the date posted, but you may easily renew a job posting for an additional thirty (30) day period if needed. When a job expires it moves from your Current Jobs List (which is viewable by candidates on the site) into your Archived Jobs Folder (which is NOT viewable by candidates on the site). back to top
How do I renew a job posting after it has expired? You may renew a job posting by clicking on your Archived Jobs Folder and then clicking "Renew for 30 Days" next to the appropriate job. The job will then move to your Current Jobs List and be viewable by candidates once again in the ZitoList.com job database. You may renew a job posting as often as needed. This expiration / renewal process insures that the thousands of qualified candidates who rely on ZitoList.com will view only current employment opportunities. back to top
How do I edit a job I have already posted? Click the "Post Job" menu button to view your Current Jobs List and then select "Edit" next to the specific job you want to update. Make your changes and click the "Update Job" button to save your changes, which take effect immediately. back to top
How do I duplicate a job I have already posted? Many times a recruiter or employer will have the same position available in different locations around the country (ten new pharmaceutical sales jobs in ten different cities for example). With the duplication feature, you can post all of your identical positions in just minutes and they will each show up in the appropriate geographic locations when candidates search the ZitoList.com job database. Click the "Post Job" menu button to view your Current Jobs List and then select the "Duplicate" link next to the specific job you want to recreate. A duplicate job form will be displayed with the City, State and Territory information blank and all other information identical. Just enter the new City, State and Territory, then click the "Post Duplicate Job" button to save your new posting. Repeat as many times as needed for each location. back to top
How do I archive a job I have already posted? You should use the Archive feature when you want to remove a job from candidates view before the job automatically expires in 30 days, but you want to retain the posting for possible future use. Just click the "Archive" link next to the job and it will instantly move from your Current Jobs List into your Archived Jobs Folder. Remember that all jobs posted on ZitoList.com move into the Archived Jobs Folder automatically after 30 days and may be renewed again if needed. back to top
How do I delete a job I have already posted? Click the "Post Job" menu button to view your Current Jobs List and then select "Delete" next to the specific job you want to remove. You will then be prompted to confirm your choice before permanently deleting the job from the ZitoList.com database. The same process applies to deleting jobs from your Archived Jobs Folder. As a precaution against errors, you may only delete one job at a time. back to top
Can I remain confidential when posting a job on ZitoList.com? Yes. When a recruiter / employer posts a job on ZitoList.com, certain information in the "Contact" section is automatically filled in based on your account profile (to save you time). If you want to remain confidential, you can edit or delete your contact information for each specific job posting as needed. Every job posted on ZitoList.com at a minimum must display either a valid e-mail address or web site for candidates to contact. back to top
How do I include my recruiting company in the ZitoList.com Directory of Medical Recruiters? Send an email to info@zitolist.com with your Name, Company Name, Web Site Address, City & State (main office), and E-mail Address. Your company will be listed within 48 hours. There is no additional cost to be included in the directory.
